Students in the Bridge have had a very busy half term.

In English we have been looking at patterns and repetitive phrases in stories. Our favourite book was Handa’s surprise. We liked it so much that we have even tasted all the food from Handa’s basket!

In Science, we carried on investigating states of matter and had a lot of fun touching, smelling and tasting different materials.

We have also carried out a couple of scientific experiments to find out which ball was the bounciest and which fabric was the stretchiest.

We, along with all the y7 students, have been invited to see Woolgrove School’s Christmas play. It was absolutely amazing and we all had a fantastic time.

The Bridge students are also very much looking forward to having their first assembly at the end of term. We will do a Christmas quiz!
