Year 8 Lime reading Oliver Twist
During their literacy lessons Year 8 Lime have been reading Oliver Twist. They have thoroughly enjoyed the story and immersed themselves in Dicken’s world by acting out some of the main scenes.

During their literacy lessons Year 8 Lime have been reading Oliver Twist. They have thoroughly enjoyed the story and immersed themselves in Dicken’s world by acting out some of the main scenes.
The students and staff had a thoroughly enjoyable time in the Design and Technology after school club where they were working together to build wooden teepees for the outdoor area.
Some students learned a new skill using the ‘Quick Un Pick’ to take stitches apart on a piece of material.
The Year 7s have been creating fact files about themselves to share with their peers and teachers. They have also been learning about the proportions and symmetry of their faces.
The Year 8s completed their fidget spinners during their last lesson of the term. They were all very happy that the toys worked and they will now have hours of fun playing with a toy that they created themselves.
Performing Arts Club finished their amazing year with a party this week. We celebrated with all our favorite songs and dances and enjoyed a little partly food!
The Year 10s had a fantastic day spending the money they have raised this year through their various Enterprise events. They chose to spend the day Bowling, jumping at Gravity and having lunch at McDonald’s.
The Year 9s enjoyed their time in the Science Lab. The students who could make their balloon travel the furthest won the competition.
Year 9 have successfully been harvesting lots of different vegetables they have been growing. Here are some of the tasty things they have picked. Cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic and beetroot. We also have tomato plants which are growing well
