Terry Douris Visits The Valley School

On Thursday 3^rd October the Chairman of the County Council, Terry Douris, paid The Valley School a visit.  Whilst interacting with the students, Terry explained how his role was essentially to be the Mayor of the whole of Hertfordshire.  The students were fascinated with the chain he wore around his neck and what all of the elements on the chain stood for.

As a school we are very grateful to Terry for all the work he put in to advocating for our new build.  It was lovely to show him the school in full operation.  He was extremely impressed with the results.
