Teak class celebrated Lunar New Year Teak class celebrated Lunar New Year with some Chinese snacks and fortune cookies, using chopsticks.  They were each given a lucky traditional Chinese coin.

Making Milkshakes in Food Technology Students used blenders to make their own milkshakes and were amazed at how easy is was to make their own one at home.

Buying and Selling in Year 10 Maths During their Year 10 Maths lesson, students have been practising buying and selling things from their ‘mock’ shop.  Lewis showed me how he worked out how much money he had to spend and whether he had received the right amount of change.

Trojan Horse Year 8 Lime have been learning about the Trojan Horse and have thoroughly enjoyed building their own in class. The end result was almost as big as some of the children. It was wonderful to see such enthusiasm, and the creativity of the staff, in bringing the lessons to life.
